The American Philatelists Club is a group of more than 1000 people who come together to further the study of philately, share ideas, promote the hobby and provide a social, educational, and non-commercial setting for the enthusiastic enjoyment of our common interest.
Informally founded in 2002, the club has among its members many leading names in philately. Today’s membership is no exception and continues to include some of the hobby’s best-known collectors, exhibitors, and authors. The vast majority of our group, however, are average collectors who simply enjoy their hobby and have one thing in common—a thirst to share their enjoyment and a desire to learn more about collecting from others who also take philately seriously.
Our club house is located at 20112 30th Ave NE in Lake Forest Park in Washington. Currently the headquarters of World Business Associates doing business as The American Philatelists Club, a renovation was completed in 2009 to ensure that the club house will meet our philately needs now and well into the future. While the majority of our members are from the northwest, others come from all across the US and many foreign countries.
